Located twelve nautical miles from Cozumel downtown, the only way to reach El Cielo beach is by boat. You can walk on the white sandy beach and swim in its shallow, crystalline waters, from where it gets its name – El Cielo means both “sky” and “heaven” and the waters are a breeding ground for many starfish.

How much time in advance do I need to make reservations?
Minimum 24 hours
What is the payment method?
Reservations can be made with 40% down via PayPal and the balance will be collected before the tour in cash. All credit cards accepted via PayPal.
What happen if the tour is canceled due to bad weather?
We postpone to another day if there is availability or the full deposit is reimbursed
Cancelation policy
Total reimbursement with previous notice of 2 days.
50 % reimbursement with previous notice of less than 2 days.
What should I bring with me?
Swimming suit, towel, sun block (environmental friendly please), hat or cap, sun glasses, camera and your own snorkel equipment if you prefer to use it.
Can I bring my own beverages?
Yes of course! A cooler with beverages is included but if you have a special beverage it is welcome on board.
Can we visit other beaches besides El Cielo?
Yes we can make an extra stop without extra charge if it is done during the time you hired or with extra charge if it’s exceeds it.
Where does the boat pick me up?
Puerto de Abrigo harbour. If you are staying in a hotel south of downtown we can pick you up at your hotel’s pier.
